Design has been my passion and focus since 1995.
Since I was a child, I have searched for the right activity in which
I could truly excel. Struggling through many different types of
expression and academics, I stumbled across design and photography.
Suddenly I achieved results that I could be proud of. Since that
realization I have sharpened my focus and skills. I earned a bachelor's
degree from The Evergreen State College, majoring in design. Since
graduating, I have been actively increasing my knowledge of different
forms of design, and I now offer my clients several different media
to choose from.
After college, I joined a successful marketing team
as a designer & photo archivist. This is where I began my
training in marketing. I worked with that team for
three years, fine-tuning my design, photography, and marketing ideas.
This is where I was able to make the connection between my passion
and business. I found satisfaction in helping to make the company
stand above their competition, to be remembered.
Because I enjoyed the business of marketing as well
as the art form, I decided to go out on my own. I love the challenge
of building a client's image from the ground up, or refreshing a
company's existing image to really shine above their competition.
Almost every business has a lot of competition and it is important
to have an image that accurately and artistically expresses who
they are. That makes them stand out!
